NicheRadar Terms of Service
These terms apply when you access or use NicheRadar.
Updated August 13, 20261. Service scope
NicheRadar brings together signals for YouTube niche and content research. Results support decision-making and do not guarantee views, revenue, search rankings, or business outcomes.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate details, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for account activity. While the free-access program is active, access starts after email verification.
3. Free-access program
NicheRadar currently does not publish pricing or require payment. We will give clear notice before this policy changes; any future paid plan will require your agreement.
4. APIs and third-party sources
You may only use API keys you are authorized to use and must follow provider terms. NicheRadar is not owned, sponsored, or endorsed by YouTube or Google, and third-party data availability can change.
5. Acceptable use
You may not bypass quotas, access another account, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt the service, automate without authorization, or use results to violate another party's rights.
6. Data and termination
When access ends, some features may become read-only. Export data you need before requesting account deletion. We may suspend access to protect the system or address serious violations.
